down ten stairs, with each step you go down
imagine getting deeper and deeper relaxed.
Now visualize a beautiful place and just
keep your mind on that place for as long
as you like. When you are finished just see
yourself going back up the stairs and wake
up refreshed and relaxed.
While relaxing and traveling through a beautiful
gardern you will smell the flowers and feel
the sun on your back. After going on a magical
rainbow ride you will open your eyes and
have no no stress.
