The series consists of two tapes, four sessions.
Session one is an introduction to hypnosis,
gets you ready to be able to control your
own thoughts and to help you control your
ability to imagine and be able to control
your own mind and through that you will control
your ability to reach the depth of hypnosis
needed for past life regression. Session
two is designed to help you follow up on
tape on and you reach a state of relaxation
and inner peace to help you continue with
the past life regression . Session three
is basic past life regression with ability
to regress to previous past lives. Session
four is an advanced past life regression
session with safe spaces and ability to immediately
exit trance (note this is an advanced stage
where you will have the opportunity to not
only visualize past lives but feel the emotions
of each life and also be able to understand
the Karma effect that has on the present
