The series consists of two tapes, four sessions.
Session one is an introduction to hypnosis,
gets you ready to be able to control your
own thoughts and to help you control your
ability to imagine and be able to control
your own mind and through that you will control
your ability to increase concentration and
be more motivated.
Session two is designed to help you follow
up specific to increase concentration through
visualization using left and right brain.
You will learn how to concentrate and eliminate
background disturbances
Session three develops motivation, eliminating
procrastination.
Session four is a relaxation session
