start on a healthier life. Have a wonderful
holiday season.
Thanking you again
Heart Attack
I had an interesting case of a gentleman
who came to see me to stop smoking. He was
smoking 2 plus packs a day for forty years.
After one session he quit smoking.
Unfortunately two weeks later he had chest
pains and was take to the emergency room
where his doctor diagnosed a heart attack
due to an obstruction in one of the blood
vessels that go to the heart. When asked
if he smoked the client told his doctor that
he gave up smoking two weeks ago. His doctor
told him that he was a very lucky man if
he had continued to smoke the damage to his
heart would have been greater and he might
have died (as the nicotine constricts the
arteries and the obstruction would have been
greater). The client left the hospital three
days after admission and now is healthy and
happy.
THE GRANDMOTHER
A women in her late sixties comes to the
office and says " I don't want my grandchildren
to smoke so I have to stop now". She
had been smoking around 2 packs a day for
over fifty years. One session and she stopped
smoking for ever.
